Question:

There was a father and his son that were going on a trip. They got into an accident, the father was killed and the son was badly injured.

He was rushed to the hospital and the surgeon said,"I can't work on this boy, he is my son.

How is this possible?

Answer:

The Surgeon was his Mom.
